Mission Statement:
- To bring awareness to our youth and adults about the 12 years of laced/poisoned Fentanyl/Synthetic Chemicals/Drug Epidemic designed to addict and kill Americans.
- To provide free Narcan to keep our neighbors, family and community alive until our leaders take action and protect us.
- To provide outreach assistance to our citizens in their last stage of America’s worst Health/Humanitarian Crisis/ National Security Threat the United States has ever seen.
- Fight for Policy and Legislation changes needed to reflect the current science based facts, providing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) that are required for recovery from laced/poisoned drugs causing Substance and Opioid use Disorder. Research and explore alternative treatments not being utilized.

Karrie Raglin is the founder of Austin Majors HOPE, a nonprofit organization created in loving memory of her son, Austin Majors, who was tragically poisoned by a fentanyl laced pill in February 2023. Driven by profound loss and unwavering love, Karrie has transformed her grief into purpose. Dedicating her life to raising awareness and preventing future fentanyl poisonings through education, policy change and community outreach.
Before becoming an advocate, Karrie served active duty military in the United States Navy at the Fleet Intelligence Center Pacific and Joint Intelligence Center Pacific as an Intelligence Photographer, demonstrating a strong commitment to service and discipline earning the title of Sailor of the Year. Following her military service Karrie became a Registered Nurse, working in a variety of medical roles and caring for patients across diverse healthcare settings. She experienced her true love and purpose for existing in her role of motherhood. There is no greater joy than caring for her kids Austin and Kali. She went on to support her kids in their successful professional acting careers in Hollywood California for over a decade.
Karrie’s military experience, clinical experience, entertainment industry experience, combined with her heart as a mother, uniquely equips her to speak with compassion, credibility and urgency about the dangers of illicit fentanyl being laced in America’s recreational party drugs.
Today, Karrie channels her professional background and personal experience into advocacy, working closely with the DEA as a partner in prevention, striving to educate families, empower youth and save lives in honor of Austin Majors’ legacy.
